| The Yak, a protected multipurpose vehicle, is designed for international operations, meeting the growing need of the armed forces for protected transport capacity. Thanks to its modular design, the Yak can be very quickly modified from one mission to the next. Aside from the chassis and the driver’s cab, which are fixed components of the vehicle, the Yak features a number of freely exchangeable multipurpose build-on units. It is thus able to take on a whole host of different missions, ranging from medical evacuation, military law enforcement and bomb disposal operations to monitoring and reconnaissance, command and control, border protection, transport and logistics. |
